Club Shop Customer FAQ
We offer two main delivery options, collect from club shop or ship to my address.
Collect from club shop is a FREE service where once your order is complete it will be send directly to your teams club/ground for collection. Once your item is ready for collection it will be marked as despatched.
Ship to my address is a paid service starting from £3.00 for standard shipping. Priority sipping is available from £8.00.
We realise that this is one of the most important parts of the transaction so we will ensure at all times that every order placed (subject to availability) is despatched as soon as possible. If a product is not in stock at the time of ordering it will need to be re-ordered from the supplier which can sometimes cause a delay of about 3-5 working days however most of our orders are delivered within that time range.
This applies to orders received Monday to Friday and all mainland UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked.
